Aziz Kadirov and his wife Lily serve as the Deans of Students at God Will Provide Missionary School, forming a dynamic team dedicated to enriching both the academic and spiritual lives of the student body. Together, they create a welcoming and nurturing environment where young people can grow in their faith while pursuing educational excellence. Aziz and Lily wear many hats, from enforcing academic policies to providing pastoral care, always striving to make sure that the school's Christ-centered mission remains the focal point of the student experience. As a couple, they exemplify a partnership rooted in faith, love, and service, making them not just administrators but also role models for how to live a life dedicated to God and community.

Marina Levkha joined the staff in the summer of 2021 after attending as a student. Marina traveled all the way from Massachusets in response to Gods calling. Her role on the team is head of quarterly and annual events planning. Marina has had years of administational experience and also leads discipleship for sister students. This includes small group meetings, lessons, devotions, counseling, and overseeing the overall wellbeing of sister students. Marina is beloved by many for her openness, her passion, and unapologetic joy. She is an inspiration to many.
Anita Kravets is the head of photography, videography, and content scheduling in the media department. Since her semester in GWPMS, Anita lived oversees for missions until her relocation to California. Anita continues to travel for international short term stays when she is able. Her dedication to the things of God is the most impressive, and her love for His people will no doubt be known to the generations after her.
Dominic Campione manages activities and planning regarding states trips across the U.S. Dominic also oversees all brother students and staff. Since his repentance and radical life change in 2019 he went to the missionary school as a student and remained on staff since then. Dominic also was ordained into the local church as Deacon, in 2022. He continues to press into the upward call of Christ in all spheres of life.
Ivan Chobu is the Director of Administration and Grading in the Education Department. Also overseeing sound and tech. Ivan attended GWMPS during summer as a teen, before eventually attending the adult program. After missions Ivan relocated to California as a full time staff member. His intentionality, bravery, uprightness and dedication are felt by many. There are few things he hasn't been able to learn and hold onto in his almost infinite stores of knowledge and helpfulness.
Angelina is our head chef and chief kitchen manager, overseeing all catering, meals and kitchen inventory. Scheduling and supplying our students with not only food but also endless entertainment and laughter. Along with her team, Angelina ensures the quality and nutrition of all meals served during the semester, with a healthy dose of goodness and fun.
Esther Stefanyuk is a recent addition to our team from Portland, OR! A student in 2023, Esther is one of the resident photographers and videographers in the media department. Esther also advises in merchandising and worship. She recently relocated to California, but has quickly become part of our family here! There is a world of surprises to be found in her but the first to be found is creativity in no short supply. Those who know and love her call themselves blessed.
As the House Manager, and caretaker of all things mechanical. Dima ensures that our living spaces are not just functional but also feel like home. Since his semester in 2021 Dima has moved from Ohio and advanced and repaired everything that crossed his path. Our chief foreman and dependable helper. Dima is also head of vehicle maintenance and the Director of Mexico Missions, ensuring that every trip across the border is planned, organized, and excellently done.
Alex Lungu, also a recent addition to our team! Has relocated from Portland, OR and currently assists in community outreach planning as well as organizes team building activities. Whose chief roles are student life, evangelism, and discipleship. If fun is in lack, the first place to go would be Alex. Other roles include; the ministries of joy and fun.
Ilona Koval is head of web design, creative development, interior planning, and assists in the media department as photographer and videographer. She also credits the Lord for this sick web layout, and despite all tiredness and unfamiliarity with writing bios, she will write this about herself.
Yuliya Lutsik is head over the financial department and project management. Her official roles include; maintaining and advancing the financial department as well as organizing potential growth projects. Unofficially, yet just as dependably, Yuliya is knowledgeable in most fields and able to help in almost every single category no matter how unexpected. Nothing is out of her wheelhouse and she is always ready to help with a smile and radiant joy. A friend and helper to many, Yuliya continues to serve those around her in and outside the school.
Eric Tkachuk is head over the Evangelism Department and ensures the planning and execution of all evangelical efforts and outreach. Eric is the in-house master of the shofar and assists in worship with guitar. He is also rumored to be a mechanical genius who can fix nearly anything, will always lend a hand to help, and is known for his kindness. Along with the shofar, Eric dabbles in the mysteries of hydrogen.
Dima Kaban is our resident expert translator, head of accounting, student finance. and discipleship leader. Dima attended the school in 2021, then relocated from New York to be a full time staff member. Since his move, Dima has been a student of the Lord in obedience and joy in all circumstances. A faithful man of God, always ready to encourage, uplift and uphold a brother or sister in need.
Leah Shabak, one of our senior staffers is head over the womens house for sister students and staff. Leah continues to dedicate herself to the women who pass through the school as counselor, guide, mentor, and trusted advisor. Leah also oversees intake and registration of new and prospective students. "Clean hands, pure heart" a quote from Psalms that is associated with Leah, whose careful guardianship of the things of God is evidently seen in her care for God and His people.
Iryna Shalovylo, recently joined the staff for the Spring semester of 2024 and moved from Minnesota. Despite her newness she has become a familiar face very quickly. Iryna is the resident public relations coordinator for marketing, store management, event logistics and catering assistant. Unforgettable in her contagious laughter this team is very grateful for her presence, and thanks God for his faithfulness in her life.
Roman Gladko is a teacher at GWMPS as well as resident counselor and minister of healing of the heart. Having been a full time missionary for 7 years, until his relocation to California as a full-time staffer, Roman has dedicated himself to the practice of teaching fundamental biblical truths and seeing them brought to reality.
